BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC) - The Birmingham Police Department says four people are dead after a mass shooting in Five Points South Saturday night, Sept. 21. In a news conference Monday morning, officials announced Crime Stoppers is offering $50,000 for information leading to solving this crime.
