Families of the 43 students from a rural teacher’s college abducted 10 years ago in southern Mexico marked the painful anniversary Thursday disillusioned after a decade of unfulfilled government promises.

Frank Guzman and his wife Caroline Katba were traveling in Mexico when family, friends lost contact with them around July 22, Guzman's sibling said.
