Perry Farrell’s wife Etty Lau Farrell shared an update about her husband on social media on Saturday, Sept. 21, in which she detailed that he is seeking help following his onstage altercation with guitarist Dave Navarro during a Jane's Addiction concert earlier this month.

"We are equally astonished at Perry’s physical outburst as you are - but you must know that Perry must had been pushed to his absolute limit.. to that end we apologize," she posted on Instagram.

The band was performing at a Sept. 13 concert in Boston when Farrell and Dave Navarro began arguing onstage during the middle of the concert.
